Amb la present notificaci\u00f3 volem informar del procediment a seguir per a emplenar els impresos necessaris per a sol\u00b7licitar les ajudes de menjador i transport per al curs 2024-2025:<\/span><\/h2>

1. NOMES PER A LES FAM\u00cdLIES QUE NO SOL\u00b7LICITAREN LA BECA PER AL PRESENT CURS 2023-2024:<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/h1>

– IMPR\u00c9S SOL\u00b7LICITUD D’AJUDES DE MENJADOR: sol\u00b7licitud beca menjador 24-25.pdf<\/a><\/h2>

– IMPR\u00c9S SOL\u00b7LICITUD D’AJUDES DE TRANSPORT: Sol\u00b7licitud beca transport 24-25.pdf<\/a><\/h2>

-Documentaci\u00f3 que cal aportar juntament amb la sol\u00b7licitud:<\/h2>

1. Fotoc\u00f2pia DNI\/NIE SOL\u00b7LICITANTS<\/h2>

2. Fotoc\u00f2pia LLIBRE DE FAM\u00cdLIA DE TOTS ELS MEMBRES<\/h2>

3. Qualsevol altra documentaci\u00f3 que acredite les circumst\u00e0ncies socio-familiars que es marquen (fam\u00edlia nombrosa, monoparental, discapacitats…).<\/h2>

4. En cas de marcar FAM\u00cdLIA MONOPARENTAL es justificar\u00e0 amb la corresponent targeta, o en cas de no tindre-la, es justificar\u00e0 amb dos documents: SENT\u00c8NCIA O CONVENI JUDICIAL i tamb\u00e9 el PADR\u00d3.<\/h2>

Volem insistir en tres punts:<\/h2>

1.ES POT ENTREGAR M\u00c9S D’UNA SOL\u00b7LICITUD EN CAS DE GERMANS EL MATEIX DIA DE LA CITACI\u00d3. NO S’ACCEPTAR\u00c0 CAP SOL\u00b7LICITUD FORA DE LA DATA DE LA CITACI\u00d3 (MIRAR CALENDARI ANTERIOR)<\/h3>

2.CAL DESCARREGAR ELS ESBORRANYS DES D’UN ORDINADOR, IMPRIMIR-LOS, EMPLENAR-LOS I SIGNAR-LOS<\/span><\/h3>
